    • – 24 Months Reserves
    • – 30% DTI.
    • – Borrower paid conventional monthly Mortgage Insurance will be included as appropriate.
    • – FHA, UFMIP, USDA Guarantee Fee and VA Funding Fee will be calculated as fully financed and included as appropriate.
    • – Conventional monthly Mortgage Insurance, loans with a down payment or loan to value of less than 20%, will be automatically included as appropriate.
    • – 30 Day Lock, Rates are priced at a 30 day lock (longer or shorter locks are available).
